We are sorry to hear that the client is dissatisfied. To ensure transparency, we would like to clarify the facts regarding this order: Order Fulfillment: The video was delivered in full according to your request, including the chosen 'twerk (shake ass)' move. Quality: We provided a direct link to the high-quality HD file. The email attachment was merely a compressed preview for your convenience, as is standard for file delivery. Resolution Attempt: Upon learning of your dissatisfaction, we immediately offered to redo the video or make adjustments to meet your expectations. You declined this offer and requested a full refund only after the event had already passed. We take great pride in our work and always strive to ensure our customers are happy. We stand by our service and are disappointed that we could not reach a solution because our offer to resolve the matter was rejected.
