Jaken Finance in my opinion offers unmatched customer service. Response times to request are extraordinary. I’ve personally partnered with Jaken finance on over $5 Million is deals in multiple cities, receiving expeditious approvals on all. Thank you.

Dependable, timely, and reliable are the words that come to mind when considering Jaken Finance. If you need funding for a project this is where you want to go! I’ve closed multiple loans with them— I speak from experience!

I have worked with many brokers, and I can safely say that Jason and his team (specifically, Tracy) are some of the best people I have worked with! Jason and Tracy are extremely prompt in their responses, and always on top of needed items. Jason is extremely knowledgeable, and I can guarantee you are in good hands while working with him.

Jason, very patient and knowledgeable in real estate. His knowledge in real estate investing allowed me to become confident in joining his team. He helped me fund ( closed 7.25.25 )my first deal, and we are looking forward to many more!!

I enjoy working with Jason. This is my second time out and he was able to get me better terms the second time around. I will definitely be returning for future projects.

Jason is the best of the best! He is extremely responsive, knows his deals inside and out and is always available. He is a team guy through and through and always finds a way to get deals done and funded. No one better!
