horrible, they are good for nothing

In an industry where customer service becomes more and more imperative, you continue to fail. I have never had a harder time both getting in touch with and receiving actual assistance from a company, especially one where the only place to interface with your customers/clients/gamers is exclusively online. The lack of accessibility to get help and receive help was horrific. Try again.

Played Runescape forever, then one day some weirdo advertises a giveaway next to the grand exchange. I tried to enter multiple times before I realized it was fake. The next morning I found out my account was banned for botting. The fact that this happens with everyone and how Jagex can't distinguish between hackers and those who got hacked is quite showing how bad their security is.

I see the same bots everywhere, the same people advertising gold farming sites, betting sites and not enough has been done to counter it. A Decent customer service like a ticket system or live chat should be implemented.. the fact that it hasn't been easy implemented shows Jagex's incompetence... Wake up jagex it's 2019

Shitiest ran MMORPG on the internet, they'll allow macroing and spamming all over the video game, and then ban accounts who actually spend their time playing.

Jagex makes great games, but somehow they seem like they do not fix any minor bugs, or glitches. I'm sure they are already aware of this, but tend to focus on only the big problems, unless there is a number of players bugged about it. It's sad to see games like RuneScape go to crap because of gold farmers/bots, bug abuse, etc. I see them every time I log in. Because of hackers, scammers, and money making methods that are now hard to do due to the fact there's over 100 bots in one place, simply just makes the game not worth playing . It would be nice to be able to play RuneScape without experiencing any of those. And to be honest, if it weren't for RuneScape mobile, there would be a continuous decrease in the amount of active players for these reasons. Sorry but this company that was once taken seriously, is now a joke👎. Jagex doesn't even deserve to be given any kind of star for not giving a damn about any of its users. Turned from great to absolute crap. I'll be surprised if this company lasts another decade

Horrible company, account keeps getting banned even if I never play the game, i reset my password multiple times, says to go on support page if account blocked, site won't load, overall a total waste of time. F*** jagex, never playing again.
