I have been trying to get them to help me with a customer service issue. I emailed, nothing. I tweeted them, they told me to email. I did that again. Nothing. What a waste. Stay away from this company!

Do not give jagex your card info. They will steal your money and ignore you when you ask them to cancle your sub, if you can even access the account management, which is not user friendly. Runescape is a fun game but not worth even one payment of 11$ let alone the extra payments I tried. Countless times to cancle.

There needs to be a better way to reach someone with Jagex. Customer support is horrible for a company that’s been around and thriving for as long as it has. It’s amazing you guys don’t have a support phone number... My most recent account, I’m not able to log into. I have all the correct information. I keep making appeals with information that you can’t just look up, stuff you have to actually log into the account to know. I put my original and my most recent bank pin, original and most recent password. I put quests that I’ve beat, specific skill levels and devices I played on. I created this account about 6 years ago but I can’t remember exactly when now, it’s been a while. But they keep denying my request almost instantly and it just sucks because I am the original/only owner of the account. I put hours into getting my mage and range to 87 and many more skills up and long/hard quests completed. Can someone please help me.... this is extremely frustrating considering I’m the owner of the account, I’ve had multiple member(paid) accounts through you guys. You’ve got my money now please help me.

They take your monthly membership fees from your credit card without approval. I wanted it done one time. NOT recurring..The company is IMPOSSIBLE to get in contact with..ridiculous!

You won’t listen that your player mods are as bad as the worst players in RuneScape yet you ban regular players without second thought. Tell me then how your mod “joe p” is hanging out in world 3 (your notorious sex trade world) admitting to buying and selling feet pics to men and of women. How he can stand down there encouraging the other sex trade accounts to break the rules. Let me guess he will get a temporary mute? Why aren’t these people being permanently banned when they are encouraging the very behavior that get children raped, killed, kidnapped and trafficked so they can be an example to all your other dirty moderators and members (in sex trade) that you protect!? If you aren’t going to hold your player moderators to a higher standard than the average player then DON’T give them more power than the average player!! MODERATORS are supposed to be someone SAFE!! But apparently they are the pied pipers leading kids into all things parents try to warn them about and protect them from!! That’s ok, you continue to turn a blind eye and give slaps on the wrist, I have the pictures and videos and will be contacting authorities. Shame on you for promoting RuneScape as a “family friendly game”! It is YOUR responsibility to keep it clean and safe when you advertise it to children!!

Trash company, trash customer support, trash employees.

Absolutely horrible support on both pc/mobile. If tou ever run into a log in/sign prepare your next 8-10 hours trying to figure out why, is it banned, is it blocked, have i been hacked, why does the customer support page keep referring me to the same recover account page when it clearly didnt help the first time, why isnt Jagex responding to my account appeal, why do i have to request an account appeal in the first place i have never broken the rules. If you experience any of these issues I strongly suggest you stop and delete the game before you put too muck dedication and money in it is a horrible feeling to put so much time effort money and dedication into a character just to never be able to use it again because jagex support is non existent say what you will theyre awful and if you send an account appeal expect to see an Automaded respone within 1-14 days instructing you to click the link to their recover account page for the 10th time. It is ridiculous and truly insulting for a company to treat players like this with no concern or actual advice. Do not look for answers on their page go straight to reddit and search on the osrs forums. Its very sad that a player runs into an account problem no matter what the issue is and cant even find help through the games website. That is another level of uncertainty lack of concern members and f2p alike. I have run into to more issues with this site and with the game itswlf more in the last 6 months than i have with any of my console online games or other app games i play. If you want to have ur money and time stolem then this is for you otherwise stay away im twlling you this game is cancerous and the moderators just make it worse. Ive had buddies get banned for literally nothing. 5-6 yr old maxed accounts just gone and a few i know werent botting because we would log in and log off together. Jagex bans more legit accounta thst dont break rules more then actual botting accounts. I cant wait to see the day jagex and runescape go under it will be a glorious day indeed also mod mark is an obese mayonaise eating child molestor. Fact

Wrongly ban accounts for "macroing / botting" without any evidence. 0 communication after, no response given. Ironically, they use bots to process ban appeal requests and auto deny them.
