I was trying to get my account back i even gave them exact dates when i purchased membership and they was like nope not enough. Why would you do that to a customer who has been paying for years. Lazy customer service

My account was compromised a few days ago and whoever hijacked my account checked how many days played/when the account started from hans and I couldn’t remember it’s been a couple years. So the hijacker emails jagex those dates and ftimes and they believe the hijacker over me and I just lost my account. 1900+ iron with crystal bowfa(c). They denied my request because they just handed the account over to the hijacker. I’ll never play this game again and no suprise their reviews are a 1.3 stars lol. They let people bot 24/7 and let theeves steal accounts without giving a car in the world. Terrible company to game with, and customer service may actually be the worst I’ve ever encountered.

they ban my account for so called 'macroing' with the only evidence being a moderator comment. i didn't macro/bot, looks like they're so understaffed they just give out random ban hammers to players, even though the game is so infested with bots if you ban a random player you would probably ban a bot. yet they still manage to target real people instead of the millions of obvious bots. i think i got banned because im surrounded by bots in the rev caves.... pathetic company, this game is a joke.... they dont fact check. and then when you appeal, after 10 days i get 2 words. appeal denied. 0 help from a trash customer service wat a suprise....

dirty scummy company honestly very bad... give out mutes and stuff even though you was clearly baited... i have quit all 5 off my old school runescape accounts and sold all my gold i am also throwing away my ironman status on runescape 3 over the next week and dumping all my gp off that game .. and officially done with this trash game personally IF DEVELOPERS RESPOND TO THIS ACTING LIKE THEY CARE IGNORE THEM .. AS SAID BEFORE THEY ARE DIRTY from now on i shall be using my accounts to mobile bot and just sell the gp until banned ... i shall just leave the phone on the side making pizzas or something... this is no longer a game that can be played for enjoyment

You don't care about your players, you just care about your bottom line. Permanently banned me for 1 offence in over 20 years yet others receive 2-3 warnings? Absolutely understand I broke the rules, once. And a permanent ban on a 20+ year account for a first offence of it's kind? wow. You pick and choose how harsh you'll be and there is a complete lack of consistency in your approach. I will never play osrs/rs3 again.

Absolutely terrible company. Run buy a bunch of mods that haven't touched grass and will use the game to benefit themselves or people of interest. Ruined RS3 and OSRS with greed and lust.
