Throughout February and March, every new trade showed the same behavior: no liquidation price, no automatic liquidation, and positions running extremely negative without closing. I continued trading in good faith based on the platform’s assurance that nothing was wrong. On April 1st, my account unexpectedly switched from Real mode to Practice mode without any action on my part. My real balance still appeared, and the February 9th position was still open. On April 2nd, I attempted to withdraw 1 SOL. The withdrawal froze immediately, and my entire account was blocked, including the remaining 3.8 SOL. Shortly after the block, several large positions were closed with the label “manualAssetClosed.” These closures were not initiated by me. The only trades I personally closed were very small ones (down 0.01–0.02 SOL), and only after the account was already restricted. Between April 2nd and April 4th, the account metrics became internally inconsistent — negative equity, zero margin used, and values that did not align with normal trading behavior. I documented everything with screenshots and recordings. When support finally responded, they acknowledged a platform malfunction but classified all trades during that period as “invalid,” despite the fact that I reported the malfunction on day one and was told the system was functioning normally. My account remains blocked, and the balance has not been released. This review is not written out of frustration — it is simply a factual record of what occurred, supported by timestamps, screenshots, and support logs.
