Very horrible and slow with redemptions. You're told it would be sent within 24 hours yet each representative is telling you different things. This is my first redemption and I am completely DISGUSTED with the experience as a first timer. DO BETTER!!!!!

At first I was winning money. Payout was quick within 4 hours directly to PayPal or my Bank. Then the winnings slowed down tremendously and have now stopped. And now payout times are taking over 24 hours. But they do payout. I truly think these games are rigged and track your winnings vs how much you deposit by your user ID. I have spun on a single game over 100 times in a row with no winnings over the bet amount and no scatter/free game triggers. I was winning over $150+ on free game triggers (1SC bet) and now free game trigger pays out as little as $35. My suggestion if you do decide to play this app, once you win a decent amount, redeem your winnings and stop using the app.

I just deleted the app. I liked it to start and they were accepted by PayPal so I thought it was legit. Some games started and then disappeared the next day and was told that the games that disappeared were under maintenance but they never came up again. I never tried cashing out any winnings, so I can’t confirm if they actually pay out. They also claim that they have live chat but they never answered direct questions asked and when they did it was usually hours or the next day before hearing back. I’m not even sure if some of the games are legal in my state. I can’t get much information about the company and today PayPal is no longer accepted as payment.I would be leery of this site.I learned about it from a TV commercial and thought it would be legit. It may be but I would be very cautious. Just not enough information out there about them to convince me that they are legit.

OMG this is ridiculous I put my money on this app and been playing for a few weeks now I finally get a win and it's not letting me redem my winnings it's been 2 days no help and it just keeps telling me to contact support well I did that 200 times and nothing please don't play or download this app they will not pay u if u win and I sent email and all the information it ask for and still nothing they don't have a customer service number at all and the support just keeps giving me the run around if I had the power to shut this app down and all of whatever else they have i would 💔 😔 😢

I have cashed out many times without any trouble same card nothing at all has changed now I have been waiting 4 days for a $20 payout. Yes I know it's a holiday that was not the case when I cashed out in Thanksgiving without a problem now it's a hold and wait game when I get my winnings I will never play this game again
