They refused to payout my winnings sent bs emails one saying missing information then they locked my account for what reason never gave one I emailed them asking if they were going to payout my winnings they sent me another email stating they would 3-5 business days so by the 29th of this month (may 2026) then got another email from them stating I had violated the terms and they are not going to payout. How did I violate there terms didn't tell me how I violated any terms nothing. I'm going back to chumba casino they actually payout.

They will take your money and you won't be able to redeem no matter how much you deposit. I am warning other innocent players not to play here. Sure they give generous bonuses because it cost them nothing and will cost you everything trying to redeem it.

Don't expect to get paid out for your winnings. They are quick to take your money but they won't give anything back. I have been getting the same reply from customer service "they are working on it for 4 days now.......

They have had me waiting for over a week for redemption to hit my account. They told me 4 days ago that it would hit my account and instead they canceled it. So I had to start all the way over. Their customer service is a broken record. Not a good one either.

I’ve been waiting on my redemption now for 2 days. The play through requirements are terrible because you cant even redeem most of your winnings. This is a scam, it has been twi days and I still haven't received my winnings. But they didn't waste anytime with my deposit. That took only seconds.

I'm with you people. I made a deposit before even playing and I was thinking it was a judgment company. I want some money, and now they keep telling me it'll be 2 to 4 hours. We're having backup problems the bullshit. It's all bullshit, at least. I only lost 20 some dollars of my money, but I will never again deposit with them.
