Draftkings suggested jackpocket casino to me while playing on their platform. I created an account with jackpocket when I read their very misleading terms and conditions for eligibility of the promotional new member offer which stated being over 21 a resident of New Jersey OR Pennsylvania which I am a resident of PA. After I was accepted as a member was able to make my first deposit and the promotional offer was honored, however once I went to play I was immediately denied access and advised I wasnt eligible to play because I wasn't a resident of New Jersey. I then contacted an agent via chat and requested the promo attached be to my deposit be canceled so I could withdraw my deposit. This was on September 3rd same day I joined and deposited funds, I was told my request would be escalated to another department and I should recieve the refund in 72 hours. On September 7th I once again contacted an agent via chat and requested the same as prior and this time the agent did cancel the bonus attached to my deposit but now in order to withdraw the initial deposit I had to make an additional deposit so that a withdraw method on file that matched the deposit source, which now as I write this makes me even more agitated because that makes absolutely no sense...but I did..I made an additional deposit. I then was able to request a withdrawal of my balance, however days later I recieved an email that my withdrawal request was denied. So they just keep my money, I was told anyone can create an account, and deposit funds, they just cant use them. I do not recommend this platform, there are too many great online casinos you dont need to join this one by any means. UPDATE: My deposited funds were returned to me by Jackpocket.

MIND YOU THEY AGAIN GSVE ME NO REASON. I BELEIVE IT WAS LEGIT BECAUSE THEY LET ME SIGN UP TOOK MY DEPOSIT AS WELL AS BEING ASSOCIATED WITH DRAFT KINGS, , AS WELL AS HAVING MY STARE LOTTERY ON THE 1ST PAGE OF THE SITE THATS LINKED TO THE CASINO THAT WILL NOT PAY. Mi hermano no ha podido cobrar su premio en Puerto Rico. Desde junio 2026 ha tratado de cobrar su premio de $500 y no le transfieren el dinero automáticamente a la cuenta de banco la cual aparece cuando paga al comprar el premio.

I've never used this site but had 11 transactions taken out of my checking account from them! Trying to get my bank to refund this since I had nothing to do with them.

I would give negative five stars if I could THIS IS A SCAM AND A FRAUDULENT SITE. DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION, when I messaged support to find out why I’m still in verification status they told me I have to send my SSN …. ABSOLUTELY NOT… I played on plenty sites with fast redemptions and definitely didn’t ask for my ssn … these people are insane I asked for them to delete my information from they system and provide me proof it was done the representation closed the chat and I emailed them I will seek legal representation and action for their negligence for fraud and misuse of this site. If any of my information or anything that don’t look right to me I will be sueing them

I had money backed in my account and Jackpocket LOCKED ME OUT!! I have absolutely ZERO access to my account!! I have no means of contacting them. DO NOT TRUST this scam!!!

I really loved Jackpocket. I used them for lottery for a long time, however, when I had to have a name correction (because I reverted to my maiden name without getting a divorce, which is entirely legal) they would not change my last name to the legal one, because I didn't have a document because I didn't get a divorce, or get married, I just name corrected. By law, you can revert your last name to your maiden name without a qualifying event. They chose to ignore that, and because they won't change my name on my account to the legal name (which I provided legal documentation for) I cannot actually use the app because if you link a bank account it must match the name on the account. I could not get a passport or a social security card, if my name change wasn't legal, and yet they do not recognize it because I was not married, divorced, or spent weeks getting a "declaration" from a court when one wasn't needed for literally any other company-- or government office.

I submitted a self-certified ID (SCID) to Jackpocket for verification as requested and have not received a follow-up. My account is currently restricted due to location verification issues, and I need confirmation of document receipt and status. I am physically located in New Jersey and comply with all requirements. Please advise on the status of my verification so I can resume using the service. Uploads are complete but no response has been received. Thank you.
