Jack in the BoxReviews of jackinthebox.com

I went to Jack in the Box 8/14/2026 order the SLG Philly Bonus Jack CMB with fries and a drink. Boy oh Boy look nothing like what you see on TV or the advertisement in there windows and it was not good just a little peppers and the sandwich was so small. What happened Jack in the box you use to be my favorite.

The Philly cheese steak was flat and the bread was hard. French fries were cold.

the chicken was uncooked two workers that couldn't even speak right english was a waste of money straight up it was really bad please dont go to any in texas

The location in Baton Rouge on the corner of Government St and S. Foster had the rudest person working drive through. We ordered a meal and wanted a Sprite but they were out. Ask for another type of drink they replied we on have Coke Products. I ask for a coke and the worker replied “I just told you we are in out” when asked what products do you have she says it should be on the menu”. That was really rude and we cancelled tue entire order. The worker could’ve say at this moment these are the following drinks we have available:

I ordered a jumbo jack and some tacos, the hamburger was coold and the tacos were to old even stuck to the paper, bad service address 9004 Dyer 79924

Overall, my daughter had a negative experience at Jack-in-the-Box in Central Point, Oregon. Despite her intentions of getting an application, she was treated poorly by the employees. This type of behavior is unacceptable and may deter potential customers from visiting the establishment. The management should address this issue and ensure that all employees are trained to provide good customer service.

Went to the Jack on the Eastside of Flagstaff for tacos and the Diamondbacks special, free jumbo jack with drink purchase. The Dbacks had several homeruns last night but "because the manager did not text about it they would not honor it...." why advertise the special if the restaurant will not do it????

I give him a negative 100 store number 3962-2709 Reed road Body language and attitude sucks I will never visit Jack in the box ever in my soul in life again The more customers you lose the less money you make the less stores you will have I seen a few jack in the boxes already closed down What rude people I can understand why So as far as I'm concerned Jack in the box has cursed themselves One I don't like anyone serving my drink for me I can get my own if I turn off the machines in the lobby Jack in the box never fix that before they need to fix it as for me I will never go again so it doesn't matter
