The S&S website was easy to navigate. It guided me through the style selection, sizing and customization. After placing my order I noticed something I needed to change. I submitted a change order which was quickly acknowledged by S&S. A few days later the jacket arrived exactly as I had ordered. Great customer service at S&S! Highly recommended! TF Oakhurst CA

The website to customize a letter jacket was easy to use and they showed you what the jacket would look like before submitting the order! The jacket also came in a timely manner. I was able to give it to my grandson for Christmas. A nice quality jacket.
