Stewart & StraussReviews of jacketshop.com

Very good company!! Fast delivery, fast answer when you email them! I got my jacket today and it's so beautiful and comfortable!! I would like to really recommend this company!!

Top notch customer service with tons of choices to personalize you new favorite jacket. When I thought I’d put together an Indiana Jones homage letterman jacket, Stewart and Strauss were the best choice. And it turned out great. I can’t wait to wear it on my next trip to Disneyland.

I was looking into getting a "Mardi Gras" colored jacket and after looking at a few sites, the best option was through Stewart & Strauss. What shocked me was how fast it came in as a custom large size jacket. It kept me warm, stylish with my look, and I was even asked about where I bought it. Totally awesome!

I ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ my jacket! Ordering was a breeze and the finished product is exactly as I imagined it. The shipping was speedy and I received it in time for a school event. Thank you!!!

Stewart & Strauss: I purchased their hoodie sweater in size XS for $119. The quality was excellent, but it was too large. I contacted them by their website, and they accepted my return with no issues. Several days later, I purchased the same hoodie sweater in size XXS for $139. I wrote to them by their website, noting that I was charged $20 more for the same item, less than one week later. They immediately agreed to refund the difference with no issues. I was very impressed with their friendly customer service. I would order from them again.

Quality material and turnaround time

I used the online tools available on the company website to create a custom HS letter jacket for my daughter based on old HS yearbook photos. It's a spot on match!! In my area, letter jackets aren't as common as they once were. My daughter has been asked countless time where she got her jacket. Stewart & Strauss is my answer every time!!

We received our daughter’s jacket and she just loves it ! The colors are vibrant, crisp the quality of the jacket and patches are excellent! It took 6 weeks from order to received which is what they said. Very happy !
