What a scam this website is. I ordered the Blade Runner jacket for cosplay. Not only was I disappointed, asking for a refund was a dragging process. I hope someone reads this and doesn’t order from this website. SCAMMERS!!!!!!

The product I received was nothing like the photographs found on the website. For this reason, I am having to take the item elsewhere to have alterations made, spending more money than I had originally planned to.

I was given a delivery date that would worked for a vacation we were taking. Upon finding out that date was changed I contacted you to find out if there as a way to expedite the order. I was told not possible, I asked to cancel the order and I was told there would be a 40% fee for cancellation of an order that had not even been shipped. When I said I would just return it I was told I would be charged a 60% restocking fee. The jacket arrived after we returned from our trip an additional 4 days after I was told it would arrive the second time. In the meantime I had the expense of having to get a replacement jacket for our trip. I can honestly say I don’t think I have experienced such poor customer service and will be sure to let your potential customers know of my experience! If you would have met the original delivery date shown this whole thing would have not been an issue and I would not have been put in a position of having to find an alternative at the last minute for a Halloween cruise. And at the end of the day it was even delivered four days after the second delivery date and almost two and a half weeks after the original date. The whole experience let me with a bad taste and an expensive jacket I no longer need.

We handle all items as pre-orders, with stock materials available. When we receive orders, we process them. We have more than 18,000 products, so we cannot keep everything in stock. When you requested to cancel your order, it was already in the stitching stage. This is why, as per our policy, when an item is canceled during this stage, deductions are made, as canceling at this point incurs losses for us. I've called several times - 1st time representative didn't understand what I was saying in ENGLISH, didn't know how to navigate or update delivery status and hung up on my the second call. I've also emails requesting a return/exchange for a jacket just purchased to the next size XXXL and I got this email rating your customer service - BELOW PAR, UNACCEPTABLE - NEVER AGAIN which I will share on every social media outlet possible!
