Talk about making returns as difficult as possible, they don't explain how to ship the item, no instructions at all, they assume that you already know how to return it without any explanation

Horrible company. The quality of the jacket was almost amusing, I thought it was a joke.. I purchased this for my father and got all his measurements and compared it to what is shown online and it didn’t match up at all. I was super embarrassed when my Dad opened the package, not only because of the horrible jacket that was sent but the nasty strong smell of gasoline all over the jacket. Then, shipping took FOREVER! I reached out to customer service SO many times and no response for weeks and weeks. By the time they did respond it was “past the 30 day return” period and they didn’t want to help me at all. They actually just tried to blame me for everything? I am just so disappointed in everything dealing with this company and would advise you to just stay away. Oh, and another thing - the company makes you believe they are based out of California, which is a lie. The package came from another country!

Do not purchase from this website, they provide no shipping information whatsoever, sell shoddy products, and will not pursue any complaints until the Paypal 30 day money-back period ends. Very rude response when I was simply trying to exchange a jacket for a larger size. The jacket was supposed to be a men’s XL, but by the zipper placement and fit, we are convinced it’s a female jacket. Regardless I was just going to get a size bigger and the guy was condescending and rude about the simple request. Wants to charge me $60 fee, um no. This is a terrible policy and I will not support this business.

I ordered a look a like jacket that Kacey Dutton wore on Yellowstone. When I received the jacket the lining was torn and the color was way off. The man I messaged told me to take it outside and get dirt on it to make it look worn. The jacket I received looked like a piece of Bacon and very shiny. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, $189 is a lot of money for what I received. My child and myself was highly disappointed.

Tried to get my wife a jacket the one that was worn in the last episode of Queens gambit the white one. Try to get it right before Christmas he didn’t come before Christmas and I ordered it almost a month in advance. What showed up at my door with some trash. A high school kid could’ve did way better with a pattern. The jacket look like A white wall cloth with a sad lining in it and three buttons it had more wrinkles than a tired old man. I didn’t give this to my wife for Christmas that’s how bad it looked. I asked for refund and you know how the story goes. Oh we did our part it’ll cost you $50 to send it back that’s if we give you a refund. I got hustled. So I hope this review helps the next person. Don’t play checkers make sure you plan chess. Checkmate.

My wife tried to order the Indiana Jones jacket from them. They didn't post any shipping information so my wife called them. The call was transferred to a 3rd party Pakistan company who stated They were out of leather. We are awaiting our refund. Will update this review if our experience is worse. Not a trustworthy company. Shop somewhere else!!!
