Ordered a jacket for my work, never even got a confirmation email or the jacket, cant leave a review on their actual website, all 5 star reviews on there are fake. Do not order from them.

This site is not reliable; it sells non-existent products just to steal your money. They reply to emails, but then nothing else happens. It’s been since October 4th and I still haven’t received anything—it’s a total scam.

Not a real website, took months for the Shinzo Jacket to arrive and it looked terrible, nothing at all like the real thing. You couldn’t even tell it was a fake of the Shinzo jacket. It also smelt like someone had used it and it was very very low quality. I tried returning it but no one responds for ages and upon finally returning - I haven’t gotten my money back and it’s been months. Total scam website - fake product, disgusting product, scamming money and terrible customer service. They owe me 150 dollars.

I'm a cosplayer, and I was looking for a jacket for a character for a convention. I saw a lot of sites, a lot of them suspicious or charging a lot then I found Jacket Era. I saw the reviews but noticed a lot of them were OLD, back when it was a new company. I noticed it didn't seem to be doing what it used to with social media, where it made replica pieces from movies/tv and posted on social media- their main website seems like they do regular leather jackets now- so that made me feel peace of mind- the company lasted longer than the hype. So I took a chance and just got my jacket in and it's what I hoped for. Now here's why I chose to go with them, over others: - I was looking for a cosplay jacket. A lot of other sites were using the same artwork, the same photos and the same photos of the sizes. Jacket Era did not. They edited out props, the tshirts, and the details that were NOT part of the jacket.. what they would not replicate. This told me they would only promise what they could deliver - Their sizes were different. The other sites were reusing the images of the sizes, I noticed my size was different- so they actually took the time to use their own measurements and not the stock sizes every other replicator would - Jacket Era's videos on Tiktok, from when they were active on tiktok, if you notice emphasized the details and quality of the product everytime- the videos were substance not style A tip: - The best experience you can have with Jacket Era, is to use the WhatsApp widget on their website or if you have WhatsApp on mobile, to communicate with them. their emails don't seem entirely automated, but they do send a confirmation order which seems manual not automated. - During my entire timeline I did communicate with their customer support and I did get my product before I needed it, though a little late but that was due to shipping and customs/weather but I had planned ahead (3 weeks) Still the product is fantastic quality. It's the "Slasher 76 Overwatch Halloween Jacket" and from the pictures, on the site its even better in person. There are no plastic chains, the chains look closer to jewelry chains, the interior is nicely lined, there is an interior pocket which was not expected, the clasps are all metal- nothing was skimped on at all. I'm wearing this for a convention and will be recommending Jacket Era if anyone asks about my jacket and linking them. I'm so impressed!

I placed my jacket order with Jaketera & received my product in record time. The quality of the leather jacket is excellent and I would recommend Jacketera to anyone looking for quality apparel with fine stitching. I'm usually not wowed by purchasing items online, however Jacketera restored my faith in the process. I would not be exaggerating if I said they went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was top notch. They we're always in contact with me ensuring that I was comfortable with my purchase and providing feedback to ensure that I received a perfect fitting jacket which I did. Something that really stuck out to me was how they offered to make adjustments to my jacket to ensure that the fit was perfect I've NEVER experienced that before and trust and believe im always shopping online this is my new standard once you've been treated like this it's almost impossible to return to the sess pool that is online shopping. I'm so happy I discovered Jacketera my only regret is that I didn't find them sooner. I would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them for your jacket needs they are A1.
