I received my order in the time frame stated which is always appreciated. When there's any international transferring involved anything can happen. I am very happy with the quality of the sweatshirt I ordered. I did decide I needed to have a different size however and customer service was wonderful. They responded to my emails very quickly and explained clearly what my options for exchange were to resolve my issue.
