The company has been amazing with their customer service and love the Jackets I have bought!

They handled everything showed them what I wanted and they handled the rest I've ordered a lot online and this is the best experience I've ever had with anything Beth thank you and the team for your amazing job number 1 company

Worked great with me on an exchange of a size.

Great customer service

We love our NSU jackets, they are made of great quality and we received many compliments and the price was right. I will be purchasing other products from this company.

Great customer service, great communication fast response on emails

Having ordered a product from jacket hub as a surprise gift for my wife, I realized the size was not appropriate. The team on the customer service desk responded very quickly to my query, offered my two very favorable alternatives, and expedited my choice promptly, and maintained clear and regular comms with me all thru the process. It was certainly one of the better interactions I have had with an online vendor.

Solid Service!
