If i could give it no stars, i gladly would. THIS OUTRIGHT SCAM. The jacket is nowhere close to the picture. Its bad enough that they delivered it to the wrong address. I waited 20 days. For this cheap, not even imitation, of the picture. If i knew that it would com from Pakistan, I wouldn’t have bought. DON’T BELIEVE THE 4 STAR RATING.I SO ANGRY!!!

Bought a jacket some 20 days ago, still I am waiting to be shipped. Very bad service and I am afraid the jacket itself will be as bad as the service provided so far

Not delivering the itemin the promised time. Demands for extra money after you have paid for the item. Not answering emails. I think I can say goodbye to my money. Avoid Jacket Hub like the plague.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered True Drew Hoodie. $68 FINALLY came in mail from Pakistan. My CC info was compromised and I started getting all kinds of fraudulent notifications. Hoodie showed up and when I opened package I was overwhelmed with Moth Ball smell. It REEKED! My entire house smelled awful it was so strong. I washed a few times - no help and then the smell would not come out of washer and I had to run it clear and sanitize it so it wouldn’t stink up other laundry. My kids complain that it smells like we live “at Grandmas House” now. To try and salvage hoodie I soaked in vinegar for a full day. Still nothing- it still reeks. I laid it out in the sun for an entire day and it still smells horrible. I had to throw it away. The bad buy was on me but be very warned that it looks like it comes from in US only it doesn’t and my info was compromised and I had to contact PayPal and change passwords etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. You get what you pay for. Fake cheap items.

Knockoff product.

No delivery info 10 days after ordering. Only message was “processing”. I have never been charged after cancellation. To charge 30% is ridiculous, especially because I never got it.

Very disappointing I thought I was getting a high end jean jacket but got a denim blazer. Did not know they were going to put the smiley face on there I bought the button for that. Took forever to receive. No updates whatsoever unless you send them a ton of emails just to tell you yeah its almost done 45 days later.

ZERO stars if I could. Ordered 2 items on 24-5-24. The order is still processing as of today (16-7-24). I have emailed on numerous occasions and been given different information as to why my order is delayed each time. When I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund it was not acknowledged, giving another reason for the delay. We are now on day 37 of working days. I feel very let down by this company and their customer service, I would just like my money refunded.
