When I first ordered a Star Trek leather jacket from this company I thought I might be taking a gamble. It arrived and, while being slightly smaller than expected (which was fine), it had a decorative pin attached that resulted in 3 large holes on the front of the jacket. This pin wasn't in any picture nor was it in the description. I had wanted to wear the jacket without three insignia because if you know, you know. I was feeling like I had just wasted my money and wouldn't be able to wear this jacket out. I contacted Customer Service and explained the ordeal and the representative, Walter Jr, said he would make it right. He had me send in my measurements to make sure that the jacket would fit. I did pay for shipping but not for the replacement jacket itself. The jacket came today and it fits like a glove and is exactly what I wanted. I can add a magnetic badge to the Comic Con but I can also wear it without all fall. I thought I'd gotten taken but I really just gotten taken care of. I've seen some other reviews that pan the company but, at least in this case, they saw a mistake had been made and did everything they could to make it right.

The last person that helped me was jacob who gave me the option to fix the jacket without having to pay full price for another one as the one i ordered i tried to take my measurements myself and messed it up lol. Within an hour of sending him the email letting him know my issue he dint just respond he picked up the phone and called me, whitch impresed me. But being misized "my fault" it looked exactly like i wanted it to look. Like riker in the picture. Everyone at jacket hub has been so helpfull, even from the first communication whitch they answered all my questions the week before i even ordered the jacket. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the jacket looks so awsome cant wait untill i get the one that fits to show it off. Joseph

I was very disappointed to get notification that my parcel, intended as a birthday present, has been delayed. I explained the urgency and Walter Jr. has been super helpful in trying to ensure that it will shop on time. Very nice to have a person who will try and help the other side instead of nameless automated replies/
