Very responsive customer service team, in my case served by David. He is worth to receive five stars. The sweater ordered however, didn’t meet expectations. I appreciate the follow up and follow from this David.

We are very well helped by Harry, Walter Jr,, David, Beth and the others. It took a month before our package arrived (shipping was on hold by DHL E-commerce), but they were friendly and patient and helped us in getting the package coming home.
