Thx David for the gr8 service.

I sent an email because my mailing address was incorrect (only State). The correct city is Virginia. The response was fast and I mean fast. Ethan Bruce responded to my email, and the address was changed. Now I’m hoping the shipping department got the message in time. My card was charged for the item.

Ethan Bruce was very quick about getting back to me, and although it wasn't totally resolved, there's nothing else that could be done at this point. I am very satisfied with the assistance he was able to provide.

Harry was very helpful. He corrected my mistake with the address.

David was very helpful with my order

Walter Jr. replied to my email request for an address correction within an hour. Doesn’t get any better than that! Thanks, Walter Jr.

David was extremely helpful and quick to answer when I couldn’t track my order and was just nervous.

Ethan Bruce responded in a timely manner, with the answer to my question. Very well done!
