A very quick and helpful response from Ethan Bruce regarding my order enquiry, great and expedient customer service

I am still undecided whether to trust this company or not. However, David responded very quickly. My worries have subsided for now. I hope my jacket arrives without any problems. (DAVİD)

Great customer service and email responding

Thank you Peter Jackson you have helped me so far and now I need you again

I was having questions about how long shipping would take to Australia. Ethan Bruce let me know that an address change was needed as i couldn’t use my P.O. box. i sent through the new delivery address and he responded within 5 minutes and ensured me that the address change was successful.

I love the way he had time to take care of the problem of my order. He was very polite and courteous. He has a very good customer service. Thank you, Ethan.

Ethan Bruce has been super supportive! I purchased a sweatshirt for my daughter as a holiday gift but she wanted a larger size and Ethan was super polite through email exchange. Excited for my daughter to be able to get a larger size.
