Got my jacket the other day in the mail, I bought the Letty F&F6 jacket and it turned out so much better than I thought. Was great chatting to David who helped me out with my order. Delivery took a bit longer than expected but the final product was worth the wait

I ordered a jacket on December 7 with a promise it would be shipped to me by Dec 22. It did not arrive as scheduled due to the orders getting behind (according to the website). I reached out via email to the administrator in charge of the company who got back to me immediately. He assured that he would have info on the jacket within 24 hours. I did get a shipping date shortly after and the jacket did arrive by Jan 3. I can’t give a 4 star review due to the promise of its arrival by the 22nd, but I am pleased with the immediate response to my email and fulfillment of the order in a reasonable time. The jacket is beautiful as well.

My order hasn’t been shipped yet so I cannot comment on the quality of my item ordered yet but employee, Ethan Bruce has been great to deal with and has answered my emails in a timely fashion! I am hoping my order arrives by Christmas and I will write another review at that time:) thank you!

Very responsive customer service team. They receive five stars. The only reason I give four stars is because the merchandise did not meet expectations. I appreciate the follow up and follow through from this company. I would use them again for other purchases.

The Chiefs jacket we bought was shipped in a timely manner and appears to be high quality. The jacket looked like the same jacket that Taylor Swift wore to her first Chiefs game (red and white windbreaker) however the material was different...we really wanted a windbreaker so ultimately this jacket did not work for us. I would advise other customers to check the material listing carefully prior to purchasing. I contacted customer service and Jacob was able to resolve the issue.
