I was very happy with customer service. I was disappointed in the quality of the item I ordered.

Other than a problem filling out the order on the web site (which was promptly taken care of with a phone call) everything was great. Arrived on time, and as ordered (size, color, etc.)

The Jacket was Great it was made from true leather and has the same pattern stye from the game, fits comfortably The only criticism I had was that the collar is too big and the material inside the coat is furry which doesn't match the orange from the game. Altogether Very Good

Really happy to have received this jacket, it is so comfortable and very realistic.For me, there are two drawbacks, the seam and there is a plastic that protects the leather of the sleeves so after you remove the plastic, there are little bits of plastic left in the seam and impossible to remove. Other than that, I recommend her she is amazing!!

Blue Ferrari shirt looks nice. It is a gift for my nephew so I am hopeful he will love it…

The jacket is great and customer service - agents Ethan and Adam - was quick and courteous. Losing one star for messy logistics.

The quality beat my expectations. And Adam the customer service representative was very polite and helpful. Be patient, good things take time.
