The hoodie was beautiful and better than we expected! Thank you!

Great quality and good communication. Very happy with the final result. Jacob even called me personally to make sure I was taken care of and the products were delivered on time. Have already purchased another product

W customer service, could've just taken my 80 bucks but refunded :)

A+ experience. The jacket I ordered was perfect for my son’s b day!! He loved it!! The Production Team did a superb job with the custom order!! Ethan with customer service was very pleasant to work with on a couple of questions I had with my order. I look forward to my next order!!

The item was recevied in the timeframe that was indicated. The sweatshirt was adorable and packaged well. My granddaughter loved it!!! Jacket Hub even followed up with me via phone to ensure it arrived and to make all was okay (that never happens theses days). I do appreciate their wonderful customer service. I would hightly recommend Jacket Hub!
