Notified 2 wks after order wanted $30 more for shipping. Free shipping originally offered. Refused & cancelled. Wanted to keep 30% of money collected. Turned over to Pay-Pal Fraud Dept., which favored on my behalf. Addie tried to have me cancel dispute & promised full refund on product not received. Told her once product refunded would cancel dispute. He/She got NASTY and said I will never get my refund and even swore at me. (PayPal already reversed the charge) I am now getting dozen's of spam calls. Will report to BBB. HORRIBLE Company needs to be shut down. DO NOT BUY FROM JACKET HUB!

I ordered a jacket for my granddaughters birthday. It arrived in decent time but was very poor quality. I spoke to Addie Brown. Like others providing a review, I heard a big story about shipping and no returns and known issues and was offered a 75% refund. I have never received it and Addie no longer responds to my emails. Do not buy from this site! And do not be fooled by Addie who says he's giving you top notch customer service when he is not!

Truly a terrible waste of money; heavily overpaid for 2 cheap quality jackets. Tried multiple times to get a refund on my order before it was shipped due to it taking well over a month to be shipped out and due to me realizing just how much those jackets were overpriced only for them to have very little communication, only telling me they will have it shipped eventually. Shipping was its whole separate issue of no communication between their company and the shipping company causing my package to be stuck in transit until I had to email them about what the issue was (Jacket Hub hadn't given them my entire address). The issues go on but all of that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that when I got my jackets, it came with a piece of paper saying those jackets were worth $25 USD when I had paid $70. Unsurprisingly, the quality was subpar. I've never had a worse experience with a clothing company before.

I feel this is a fake website,where they try to fool people,I have ordered an jacket a month ago and haven't received yet and there is no tracking also to track the status of jacket....one of the worst and fake website I have experienced....request all not to get fooled by this online website shopping ...be aware this fraud sit

JACKET HUB CHARGED ME $90 FOR A FAKE GEORGETOWN STARTER COAT AND WHEN I TRIED TO APPEAL TO GET A FULL REFUND I WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING FEES OUT OF MY OWN MONEY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT EVEN BUY , THEY ADVERTISED LEGIT IMAGES BUT WHAY U ACTUALLY GET IS FAKE !!! I will never give them any money ever again. highly disappointed

it was my first purchase on a different site and not like amazon, shein or anything else. I didn't read the reviews before making the purchase on January 2nd. As soon as I transferred the money, it didn't even say when the package would arrive. I spent a lot of money for nothing, SCAMMERS!

This web site makes you think it is a U.S. company but it is not. The coat came from Pakistan. After receiving the coat, the sleeves were too long, the zipper was on the wrong side and the coat was too short. After looking on their web site, they said they 100% guarantee their jackets. After contacting customer support via phone, Addie Brown, he said to get a refund, I would have to ship it back to Pakistan. It would cost me more than the jacket to ship it. He understood that and offered me a 50% refund. He couldn’t do anything else, so I took it. If I knew this before ordering, I would not have ordered from them.

Please note this isn't a U.S. company as English is not their native language, the customer service is horrible, they are crooks! I placed an order December 24th and while the website said it would arrive after Christmas it never stated when. 2 weeks later I still haven't received my item and when I asked to cancel and get a refund, they refuse and say my item is already shipped and there's nothing they can do. I have asked multiple times exactly where the shipment comes from and they refuse to answer (I received a text message from DHL that I was getting an item from Pakistan I can only imagine this is it) only to say there is nothing they can do. They REFUSE to cancel and refund an order, not a legit company.
