In purchasing the jacket initially, I admit I was a bit worried that I had fallen for a scam since I hadn't heard any updates or notices about my order for nearly a month, when I was informed of its shipping progress. 😅 However when I received the jacket, I was amazed at the quality and care put into the piece. Unfortunately the size I selected wasn't quite how I hoped it to be, but reaching out to customer service was so easy, clear, and quick. With each response I gave to help them adjust my order, they got back to me in less than 24 hours, often times less than an hour! They were so clear, timely, and helpful. I am excited to receive my new jacket as I know it will be just as great as the one I have already seen. 🥰

Ordered a size 42 flashy Houston Astros sport coat. Love or hate the Astros but the quality of the coat for the money, true to fit size and quick delivery were great!

I am very pleased with my jacket, it is excellent quality, much better than anticipated for the price. The biggest problem is the shipping is so slow; it took me over a month to receive it, long after the Olympics and Paralympics had finished. I would order from this company again, because of the quality and customer service, but also acknowledging that the delivery is going to be super slow!

The item was really wonderful- exactly how it looked in the photos and it feels very high quality. The customer service experience was also exceptional and I would highly recommend purchasing from them!

It appears to be made to order. Leather is so fresh, I have to give it time to settle on me. Actually, my second jacket. The first one was too big so I gave it to my little brother as a early Christmas present 🤷🏾‍♂️
