It’s a scam. They drop ship you something from another user. In my case, they included another random shirt that I didn’t order. When you try to return the item, they stall, ask for pictures, delay and then go dark. I disputed the charge but I’ve read from others that the stall tactics often mean you miss the dispute window.

Absolutely a fake website so stay clear of this site. I tried to contact them after my order and was given a complete run around. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS!

Horrible company. Placed order on 9/25 and have yet to receive item. Reached out to customer service on Friday, October 7th and was informed my order will be shipping on Monday, October 9th. It is now Wednesday, October 18th. I have no tracking info and have not received anything. I’m currently reaching out as I write. I suggest if you’re interested in purchasing from this company, don’t. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m not sure why they have a 4 star.

We ordered and payed accidently 2 hoody’s, so we cancelled 1 and asked for refund. Harry from cs was helpfull at first, and told us he would forward our mail to the finance departement. After this, no refund and ignoring our other e- mails. The 1 hoody did come our way. B.Swart The Netherlands

Ich habe ein anderen Produkt bekommen, als auf den Produktbildern zu erkennen (warenfälschung). Nun verweigert man mir die Rücknahme

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Terrible experience with customer support and was treated very rudely when i tried to cancel a late order after a few vague replies being told to be patient and keep waiting with no real update. I have no faith i will get items as expected or even a refund. EDIT: Thank goodness for Paypal who with enough evidence was able to refund me for my order! Always use Paypal and document EVERYTHING!!

The address on the website isnt real The number to call is a NY number but they're based in Illinois This is a scam site.

I’m so tired of trying to deal with this company. I ordered a Star Trek jacket more than 2 months before I was going to use it at a con. The jacket I received was too small. I asked for a replacement or refund. I got a replacement that was the same size as the original. I again asked for a refund or replacement letting them know exactly when I needed the jacket as we were now only 3 weeks out. I was assured a new jacket of the right size would be sent to me before the date I repeatedly told them I had to have it. It did not arrive on time. In fact it wasn’t even scheduled to be sent until after the con. I asked again for a refund. I got only the shipping refunded. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed in this company. John Marshall acted helpful. Addie said she was a CS manager. Neither one could deliver on all their promises
