The sizing was perfect based off the sizing chart (so that was great, true to size), but this is not at all what I expected based on the pictures/product description. Taylor’s jacket has a ombré coloring and there’s no pockets on her jacket. This jacket was solid maroon/red with pockets and does not have the same visual look. The material is also much thinner than I expected. I couldn’t have asked for better costumer service, as when I communicated my disappointment with the product, they were super helpful and responsive!!

Checked sizing, read other reviews, and we couldn’t be happier. The fur is so soft and fluffy. And it’s so well made. To my husbands delight, not hot either. Which, if you’re gonna be playing Santa, you don’t wanna sweat when you come with your own padding! Lol
