Thoroughly pleased with my jacket. Customer service was also very quick and helpful.

The jacket I received was exactly as shown on line.

I purchased the shrunken head Bob suit. Item arrived before Halloween and it is true to size. Also great customer service, you actually get a personalized message back. Highly recommended.

1st time buying from them and left completely satisfied. My Yankee bomber jacket came exactly as described and advertised. Will definitely be purchasing again from them in the future!!

I was skeptical at first because of some of the reviews I read but I'm glad I decided to order. My son loves the jacket, its exactly what he wanted. I had communication with Hollywood Jackets a few times, and they were always kind and informative. I'm very happy with my purchase and would order again if the opportunity arises.

Arrived later than I'd have liked, but my jacket did arrive in time for Halloween and delivered in terms of aesthetics and quality. Customer support worked with me to ensure it arrived on time, but had to stay on top of them via email so I recommend the same if timeliness on delivery is a high priority.

Omg when I mean I had the best experience with the customer service team great job gentleman Shawn and Jacob assisted me well! I received my Tiffany jacket very beautiful and great quality I loved it so much I purchased one for my husband! Shipping was fast as well!
