I’ve always liked this casino most of the time it seemed to have a little more chance of winning then the rest until 05/19/25 when I spun into a bonus on a play and go game on last of 10 spins I got and error message I had already won’t 209 dollars I was betting 2 dollars a spin already played 50 on that slot so it was good but nothing crazy but then I got the error message which asked me to refresh and when I did the bonus was gone with the money and I was told it was an unsuccessful bet and that it didn’t count and I was refunded the 2 dollars i bet and then lost the last 40 I have never heard of a supposedly reputable casino saying your win didn’t count I’ve played 1000s of Spins there and have never before or since had an unsuccessful bet so just beware they can claim that on any better no matter the proof you have to say otherwise and take your winnings back Update: I forgot to mention I’ve already deposited 1k this month and have never withdrawn , also as I said before I’ve never had a problem with jackbit and would consider upgrading my review if they figure out a way to remedy this situation
