Horrible experience on JACK BIT CASINO
My username is lolo137925
I have been playing for a couple months, I’ve deposited over $20,000 USD in SOL.
I haven’t had a good win amounting to a fraction of what I’ve lost. Their bonuses are less than $50 when getting one. I do not recommend, highly disappointing. Not worth it do not use this site
Response from Jackbit.com | Best Bitcoin casinoMay 1, 2026
Dear Consumer
We would like to clarify that the funds mentioned in your review do not match the activity recorded under your account.
We also offer multiple bonus systems and ongoing promotions, and it’s unfortunate to hear that your experience has not reflected this.
If you would like a full check of your account history or bonus eligibility, you can easily request this via our live chat support or by contacting [email protected]

If only you can give a review of -100…
If only you can give a review of -100 stars. These people are really nasty people. Trust every bad review here as it is accurate. I've played almost EVERY major crypto casino, and this site makes all the other bad sites look GOOD. This is the most vile disgusting casino that won't even close down an account upon request. That is how bad they want to skam you. If you request permanent self exclusion they will ask for information about you in order to do it. That in itself is utter proof of how fraudulent these crooks are. Avoid at ALL costs because it will cost you DEARLY. May karma take care of all of these sorry casinos.
Response from Jackbit.com | Best Bitcoin casinoMay 4, 2026
Dear Kenshin,
We’re sorry to hear about your experience.
We would like to clarify that this is the standard procedure for account closure and self-exclusion requests, as verification is required to ensure that actions are carried out on the correct account.
We can also confirm that your account is already closed. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]

I strongly advise against playing here
I strongly advise against playing at Jackbit. If you win, they will invent any excuse to avoid paying you, even resorting to outright discrimination based on your nationality.
I am a legal resident of Czechia and played exclusively from Czech territory, which is a permitted jurisdiction according to their own Terms and Conditions. When I requested a withdrawal of my legitimately won funds, they initiated a KYC check. I provided all requested documents, including my Latvian passport. They immediately blocked my account and confiscated my entire balance.
Their first excuse was that I accessed the site from a restricted territory. When I pointed out their own rules state "residents or access from", and proved my legal Czech residency, they changed their story completely. Customer support explicitly stated that to play from Czechia, I must hold Czech citizenship!
This is an absurd, discriminatory policy invented on the spot. No international legal framework demands you change your citizenship to match your legal residency just to use an online platform. They happily accepted my deposits without ever questioning my passport, but the exact moment I tried to withdraw my funds, my nationality suddenly became a convenient excuse for theft.
Do not trust Jackbit. They will rewrite their own rules post-factum to steal your balance. Stay away.
Response from Jackbit.com | Best Bitcoin casinoMay 4, 2026
Dear A.J.,
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. Following the completion of the KYC verification process, it was identified that the account activity was linked to a restricted jurisdiction. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we were required to take appropriate action.
Please note that your deposited funds were returned, and your account has been closed in line with our policy.
If you require any further clarification, you are welcome to contact us at [email protected].
Kind regards,

Jackbit Bonus Issue Still Unresolved After 3 Days
Update 5.4
Their server went down yesterday and the game reset without letting me finish the bonus rounds. They didn't show me proof. So, I didn't get to play through and recieved 0 for unplayed 9 rounds that aren't there any more.
Update 5.2.2026 9:50am
Messaged live support again. They said the issue is still under investigation, but they would not provide a ticket/reference number or a way for me to look it up. That is frustrating because this is not my first attempt to get this resolved.
Update 5.2.2026 12:35am
On another site during a bonus, the provider showed a clean settlement flow: win_amount: 4900, actions: ["FINISH_ROUND"], and final: false. After I clicked continue, it showed balance: 4953 and final: true, meaning the bonus win settled and the balance updated.
That is not what happened here. On Jackbit, the saved KA Gaming bonus state showed fs: true, fsr: 10, and tfw: 1455, but the continue/spin failed with e: true, ec: 1, and es: "Player spin not successful". The issue is simple: the bonus existed, but it failed instead of settling cleanly.
Update 5.1.2026
The wallet response showed FrozenBalance: 0, so I am not saying the wallet alone proves manipulation. I am saying the wallet logs and provider logs need to be reviewed together. The main issue is that the KA Gaming saved game state still showed an active unfinished bonus with fs: true, fsr: 10, and tfw: 1455, matching the bonus screen showing $14.55 and remaining free games. Then the spin/continue response failed with e: true, ec: 1, and es: "Player spin not successful".
I also noticed the zensdesks .com/v2/injector/ script. That does not appear to be the normal official zendesk.com domain, so I asked Jackbit to confirm whether it is an authorized support/chat script.
This was not just a simple browser issue. I tested different browsers and disabled shields/ad blockers. The issue still happened. I also saw Jackbit API errors during the stuck session, including wallet/bonus calls returning 400/502 errors and a frontend error saying TypeError: r.map is not a function.
My issue is not that I lost a normal spin. My issue is that an active bonus round failed, the game state appeared stuck, and support has not provided a proper technical review or clear ticket resolution. I asked for this to be escalated to KA Gaming so they can review the provider logs and either restore the unfinished bonus or manually settle it.
Original Review
I wish I could upload pictures here, because I have screenshots and video proof.
Jackbit keeps saying everything is fine on their end, but my bonus game has been stuck with a server error. Support keeps telling me to clear cookies, check my connection, or try another browser, but I already did that. This does not seem like a normal browser issue because the problem is tied to that specific bonus session.
I noticed scripts running on the site, including one that looked like an injection/support script. I am not saying I can fully prove manipulation, but repeated freezing, spin errors, and stuck game sessions make the platform feel unreliable.
I am a real Jackbit user. My review is about an unresolved technical issue with a bonus game. The bonus game errored out while it was already active, showing $14.55 total bonus win and remaining free games. The error message said my balance was intact and to reload, but reloading did not restore or finish the bonus.
Jackbit live chat kept repeating basic troubleshooting and did not give me clear escalation confirmation. I have screenshots and video proof of the error and support conversations.
I just want Jackbit to restore the bonus session or fairly settle/credit the interrupted bonus. This is the third time an in-game session has messed up for me on the Jackbit platform, and I feel Jackbit is refusing to take responsibility. I have contacted AskGamblers because live chat has not resolved the issue.
