SCAM ALERT
Hello everyone, My username is Neik99 I am writing today to warn those who wish to sign up on this site. It is certainly not reliable, and what I will state below is supported by screenshots that I can, of course, provide to you via email if you do not believe me. Firstly, do not trust the positive reviews; most of them seem to be paid to write them. None of them mention withdrawal conditions. Trust the reviews that do mention them, most of which assign 1 star to the Jackbit site. Depositing money is good, but being able to withdraw it is even better. Know that there are other much more reliable sites from which I have been able to withdraw my money without any issues (1xBet, Casinozer, Pinnacle, Stake, etc.). My situation is not isolated; I find myself in a situation, which I will explain below, similar to other reviews mentioning withdrawal conditions where it is now literally impossible for me to withdraw my money from the platform; it states that withdrawal is not allowed. Here is the situation I find myself in: I sign up on Jackbit and deposit $500, making sure to verify my identity by sending my ID card and a selfie of me holding it with a sheet mentioning several pieces of information including my full name, username, date of birth, and the name of the site, nothing alarming so far. In a matter of days, I manage to convert these $500 into $5,000; therefore, I decide to make a withdrawal of $2,500 to cash out my winnings while keeping a good portion of my funds to continue enjoying the Jackbit gaming experience. The next day, my withdrawal is declined, and I receive an additional verification request via email, to which I promptly submit by providing a video of me orally stating all the information mentioned above, similar to the verification selfie. Since then, several emails have been exchanged without a concrete response. I have had the opportunity to talk to 5 different members of the KYC team responsible for account verification, all of whom sent me the same email word for word: "Please be informed that the provided video is still under processing. You will be contacted regarding the verification result as soon as it is verified.” Know that my video lasts only a minute, meaning they could have verified it 5 times since I assume that drafting a standard email and sending it takes no more than a minute to accomplish. They inform me that my video will be verified even though they are part of the KYC team responsible for account verification; isn't that inconvenient? I am well aware that such fraudulent operations aim to delay the payment that Jackbit owes me so that I succumb to the temptation of gambling and ultimately cannot withdraw anything, but that will not happen; I will continue to post a review of their casino on every possible site to warn new players of the fraudulent operations implemented by the casino. Anyway, beyond the fact that I am unable to withdraw my money, know that the 24/7 live chat available is ridiculous. They are people external to the casino handling your request, so they will not be able to provide you with a concrete answer to your requests in case of a problem. Also, since my withdrawal attempt, my bets are limited, verification before each bet, maximum bet allowed, etc... For your information, as of today, I have 4519 USDT in my account. I suspect that the casino really does not like players who win, and in the end they simply steal money. While the story is not over... I will definitely keep you posted on further developments of the situation. And maybe representatives of the casino will find time and answer my accusations here? Finally, if you have read this far, I suppose you are concerned about my message, and know that I am proud to lose $500 if it is to prevent this casino from scamming more people. The truth must come to light, and it must close permanently. I will also file a complaint with the casino owner: RYKER B.V. Take care of yourselves and your money, and as mentioned above, there are more reliable betting sites than this one (hard to do worse nevertheless) such as 1xBet, Casinozer, Pinnacle, and Stake. Best regards, Neik99
