Missing parts, cheap

Order Never Arrived, Actual Rating is a zero, they are filtering there product reviews on their website. Ordered on December 8th as a christmas present and was immediately charged. it is now January 27th and not one update email about the order has been sent. Order from anywhere else. You can search for this exact item on Etsy and get 100 better results and the order actually shows up.

Good products. The products were up to the mark and were delivered on time. Loved it and would look further purchasing again.

I ordered the 2022 elf kit. Some of the items were cute, but otherwise, they were pretty underwhelming. I didn’t end up using half my stuff. The props were too tiny and cheap. My biggest problem is that the company continually advertised a scooter this year with their elf kit. My kids love zipping around on their scooters so I thought this would be a cute prop. Instead, I received a cheap, dollar-store skateboard with a skeleton skull on it. There’s no way I can prop my elf on it. I basically have to sit my elf down with a too-small scooter next to her with a card that says “Scoot over Thanksgiving, it’s almost Christmas”. No, thank you. PS - I’m struggling to believe all the 5-star reviews. Too many exclamation marks. Too many blanket statements. So many “new babies” in which the kits will ease the burdens of Christmas. 🤔 If you keep looking through the reviews, you’ll find a ton of reviews with nonsensical, broken English from supposedly verified users with USA flags by their names. For example, this one from Rena X. 🇺🇸 regarding the elf kit: This is what we got from my aunt's place when we visited their place and spent last Christmas holiday with the rest of the relatives. Now that my kids are all grown up, I decided to have this in my place too, and enjoy the surprising activities with my kids. Great quality, fun, and enjoyable Christmas display I hate the fake-reviews concept. Stop being misleading!

Before my order they were very responsive, but after placing my order and payment going through there were crickets. I purchased the elf kit (which is not cheap) on 12/7/22 and the same night I got a notification that my order has been shipped. It’s the day before Christmas and it still is in transit. I emailed their customer service, got an automated response of just giving me my order number and my package was on the way. They asked if my concerns were addressed I said no and again…. Crickets. I still have not spoken to a customer representative despite emails or text. My order never arrived and had to dispute my transaction as I think this is a scam and BEWARE. I will never recommend them and to be honest think this is a fraud. Very disappointing

Don’t recommend!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Going on to 3 weeks with no resolution. My package has been lost for almost 3 weeks. I had asked for expedited shipping for a replacement 3 weeks ago. Ridiculous don’t recommend literally could ruin your elf experience!
