If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service. Hello Johnathan, We just looked in and tracked your order. Tracking info is showing it as delivered. I have launched a USPS investigation with geo-tracking to be sure it was indeed delivered to the correct address. Once we receive information we can move forward.
