Vreselijke site. Nog nooit zo'n slecht casino meegemaakt. Alleen maar vreten en vreten. Blijf hier ver weg. Je wint hier geen rode cent. Walgelijke lui. Account blokken ze voor korte tijd en dan weer mailen dat je kunt spelen en weeer alleen maar verliezen. Dit is echt een corrupt zootje. Uitbetaling 0,0. Vreselijk

I am very disappointed with my experience. I made a deposit using the instant bank transfer method, and the funds were deducted from my bank account immediately. However, even after more than 24 hours, the deposit was still not credited to my gaming account. I provided proof of payment, including the bank statement, but I kept receiving generic responses telling me to “wait” or that the transaction is pending with the payment provider. I was even asked to wait until Monday despite the money already being taken from my account. This situation is extremely frustrating, especially when using an “instant” payment method. I expect faster processing and clearer communication when it comes to handling customers’ funds. I hope the company resolves this issue quickly and improves their deposit handling process in the future.

This site is the worst casino ever. The games are absolutely illegal. I lost 2000 euros in one game and I did not receive any attention from customer service nor even a response to my questions. They are dirty scammers in every sense of the word. The Rtp in this casino is actually zero in the true sense of the word. I swear to you if you have a million euros you will lose it in this damned site. Even their bonus system is zero and you do not get chances to make up. Your loss.

When you win, you can't place bets on lines below 1.5 odds and make maximum 80 euros win per bet. Also their sister company, Vincobets, doesnt doesn't have proper customer service.
