I have been very pleased to have your service for my computer. All the customer service and tech people have been superb; they are courteous, knowledgeable. and efficient, and I appreciate those qualities because I am not an expert on the computer. They always tell me to call whenever I have a problem, and they respond immediately. Thank you for your excellent service.
