Sam contacted me in the nick of time. He listened attentively to my account of what was not happening with my computer and assured me that everything would be fine. He took over and in a relatively short time had corrected all the "bugs" in my computer's system. Great job, very congenial manner despite the fact that I am computer semi-literate. Thanks, Izaccess!

I had a great experience with IZACCESS. I spoke to John first and he helped me with my computer problems by showing me how his company could help me. Next I spoke with Larry who fixed all my computer problems and showing me exactly what he was doing. Both John and Larry were so nice, kind and extremely patient with me. I was amazed at how they were so technically smart. They explained everything that needed to be done to my computer so clearly so I could understand since I am not computer savvy. I am so happy that I happened to come across IZACCESS. I feel so confident with their 24/7 access for help. I also feel blessed to have them for my computer backup and security.
