I can't think while it is yelling at me that i got it wrong! i think the incorrect screen is always to long so you have to scroll to get to the bottom. if it is so complicated don't teach it.

this app is rigged, it never teaches me anything except how much I don't want to ever do math after high school. After answering a math problem it said how "Sorry that's incorrect... There are multiple answers here is one". it didn't even explain how i could do better. and repeatedly has students making multiple petitions a year just to ban this from school, this website isn't ever going to get anyone anywhere.

ixl makes me filled with rage and at least 5 billion people out there agree with me. they decrease your smartscore by A LOT when you get one question wrong. ixl forgot that anxiety exists. i wonder how ixl feels about their stupid app. ixl better go bankrupt this year.

If I could rate this stupid app below a one, I ABSOLUTELY would. I genuinely HATE this app and I’ve only been using it for ONE YEAR. I remember using it for nearly 4 hours straight and STILL not being able to finish the lesson. To put into perspective, I’m a high schooler who has college classes that is ALWAYS on top of my assignments and often described as smart or a nerd (in a positive way). As I’m writing this review, I’m neglecting an IXL assignment a teacher gave me due to the pure frustration and hatred I feel towards this program. Hell, my whole class is, and the people who ARE working on it are using AI to solve it! My older sister and brother have both helped me work on these IXL assignments when I’ve asked and even they have trouble doing it. My brother— someone who has a math major— said that the problems I was doing for IXL math where extremely complicated for my level and my sister has openly stated that she could write a genuine paper about how horrible a learning app IXL is— she has a masters degree mind you! Any time IXL is even mentioned I genuinely loss all motivation to do anything for the class I’m in. I remember I was doing one assignment, and I was so resigned and EXPECTING to get it wrong, that I didn’t react when I did. I only sighed in mental exhaustion before continuing. To continue further, whenever I’m typing in an answer for IXL and submitting it, that brief moment where it pauses has given me actual ANXIETY since my brain is afraid of getting it wrong. WHEN GETTING THINGS WRONG IS NORMAL!! I genuinely hope this website gets banned, sued, or bankrupt just so I (and many others) don’t have to deal with this EVER again or AT ALL!

Ixl it PUNISH YOU if you get it wrong and once I had to do 120 questions!! took me more then an hour!! bro and this starting here is my friend: bro IXL is kinda bad lol. Bruh it takes so long and 1+1 is 2, but 2 and 02 is the same and I still get it wrong. this system is bad man!!!!

IXL IXL got me staring at a screen, Doing math problems till my brain turns green. I get one wrong, my score says “bye,” Like bro I’m trying, please tell me why. The questions go on and never end, At this point I think I’ve lost my mind my friend. I finally get up to a ninety-four, Then one mistake drops me to eighty-four. Its repetetive and takes forever too, I got better things I wanna do. Everytime I think I’m finally done, IXL adds ten more just for fun. Teachers say “Its helping you learn!” Meanwhile my eyes and brain both burn. So if you ask what stresses me out the most, IXL is probly high on the list no joke.

This app sucks just like I ready IXL’s, just pure trash the school system pretty much trashed the answers you do, which is spyware basically parental control apps 2.0 at least make the school system have less spyware and also these apps have to be shut down. Don’t get this software teachers
