It sucks so bad and every time I am 1 question away for completing it drops me back do to the 80s and its an endless cycle of suffering.

You can legitimately type in the CORRECT answer, and still get it wrong, and despite the company being SUED, i STILL have to use it! My life is probably being ruined by alot bcus of this stupid app, no wonder it got sued.

Ixl SUCKS!!! When you get a question correct, you only go up by 2-3 points. But when you get a question wrong, you go down 8-9 points! It’s so dumb, and I barely learn anything!!😡😡😡

Ixl is extremely academically incorrect. I wish I could rate this app and website a zero star review. For example, my child is going into the eighth grade. She received some summer work to complete. There was no problem with that. However, when she received a geometry question, asking her, "What would the shape look like towards the front?" she was completely riddled confused. So, she called me, yes, an adult, over to help her with work she should've understood any other day. I read it, and it gave us a perspective that made us think it was something IXL claimed it wasn't. Turns out, when she answered, it was talking about the BACK of the shape. How in the actual heck does this make sense?

I dont use this anymore, but my god, was it awful. It resets the points system every time you get something wrong, which makes it frustating, because teachers always said "Mistakes are a part of learning", but with IXL, it seems to have been thrown out the 104th floor of the World Trade Center. IXL would have been amazing, if it were not for the fact that we are punished for getting questions wrong. Because then it's only teaching us how to be perfect, and you never truly learn a material until you know how to explain it to others. I hope there is a special place in hell for the people who made this app.

It gives you 5 questions for every wrong one that you do and it's so unfair! When I was a kid, I was so sad when this happened because it was genuinely so incredibly horrible.

this website is horrible and i would not reccomend using this it is harsh and barley works and my students got truma from the rewards

Honestly 1 star is way to high of a rating, i have spent hours trying to finish 1 exersise to then do 20 more
