iWebFusionReviews of iwebfusion.net

I had to migrate my web hosting for a couple sites to iWebFusion. Tech support was easy to reach, and they basically ended up doing it for me. We had to email back and forth a bunch of times, but I was worried about the difficulty of doing it on my own, and was relieved that they were able to do it for me in 1-2 days. Not sure if they provide this service all the time but I'm appreciative they did it for me. Definitely saved me a huge headache.

I was a new client of iWF and was going through the stressful process of migration after being with the same host for more than 20 years. I spoke with support on the phone and through email and in all cases was treated well and given the support I needed to complete the process. I'd followed the recommendations of r/webhosting (Reddit) when choosing iWF, and it was clear within the first day that I'd made the right decision. Thank you to the support staff. You guys are awesome.

There was an issue with my IP address while trying to setup my new account. Support was quick and friendly and had my account working again in no time.

We had a great experience during the migration or transfer over from BendTel to iWebfusion. Not only was Jacob there for us every step of the way, he took extra time with us since this was new for us. And his communication and updates were great. We are very happy to have our business with iWebfusion now. Can't say enough great things!

Reliably thorough and polite. Much appreciated.

Every time I have any kind of hiccup with my account the IWebFusion team takes care of it almost before I can ask for help. I have rarely encountered this kind of attention to the needs of the customer.

Thank you for your hard work. I think you are a trustworthy team! Provides excellent hardware and excellent price.

Quick response to my problem.
