Unrivaled expertise, prompt support, and true flexibility
I’ve worked with several web hosting providers over my many years in this industry, but iWebFusion.net (H4Y Technologies) stands in a league of their own. Their technical knowledge is top-notch, and their prompt response times are unmatched.
What truly sets them apart is their approach to support. Instead of treating every ticket like a black-and-white rulebook, they take a holistic, practical approach to solving problems. Their team genuinely cares about my bottom line, often offering proactive feedback and insight that goes far beyond my expectations.
Finding a host that combines high-level technical expertise with genuine care is extremely rare. I have no reason to look elsewhere.

A Masterclass in How to Lose a Customer Even Before Delivering Anything
I ordered a dedicated server from iWebFusion after repeatedly confirming its specifications and included services with their live chat representatives. Everything seemed straightforward. Unfortunately, that was where the professionalism ended.
After accepting my payment, the company suddenly launched into a series of fraud-screening questions, including requests for information I had already supplied during registration.
Apparently, checking an order and asking the necessary questions before taking a customer's money is too much to expect.
To make matters worse, my use of a VPN during checkout apparently became a reason to treat me like a suspected criminal. I routinely use VPNs for perfectly legitimate purposes, as millions of people do worldwide. Using a VPN is not a federal crime, and it certainly doesn't justify treating a paying customer as though they have committed one.
Instead of handling a routine verification professionally, the company turned it into an unnecessarily intrusive and unpleasant interrogation. An IP address geolocating to a different city is hardly evidence of criminal activity.
Then came the contradictions.
One representative confirmed DDoS protection in Dallas. Another corrected the location to Los Angeles. After I placed and paid for an order explicitly specifying Los Angeles, technical support informed me that they had no available capacity at that location.
How does a hosting company sell a server at a location where it apparently cannot provision one?
Even more remarkably, I had repeatedly confirmed that the server would include permanent, native IPMI access, independent ISO mounting, and full 24/7 self-service management. When I subsequently asked the technical department to reconfirm these essential features, they simply ignored those questions while discussing other aspects of the service.
Different representatives, different answers, and apparently nobody taking responsibility for ensuring that what was advertised, promised, ordered, and paid for could actually be delivered.
I wasn't asking for special treatment. I was asking the company to provide exactly what it had sold me.
Instead, I received an exhausting introduction to poor internal communication, contradictory information, and a remarkably frustrating onboarding process.
The most astonishing part is that I haven't even received the server yet. The company has already managed to destroy my confidence in its ability to provide reliable long-term service.
A competitive price means very little when obtaining the service requires this much wasted time and aggravation.
If this is how iWebFusion treats a customer before provisioning a server, I have absolutely no desire to discover what happens when and if something actually goes wrong.
One star. An extraordinarily disappointing experience.
UPDATE - October 15, 2026
I subsequently cancelled my order and requested a full refund after losing confidence in the company.
Evan Kamlet of iWebFusion/H4Y Technologies characterized my objections as "maximum combative" and suggested we had mutually concluded we were not a good fit. In fact, the decision to terminate our business relationship was entirely mine.
Instead of an immediate refund, the company initiated a PayPal eCheck, which remains pending. PayPal initially indicated October 20 as the expected clearing date, while the company's screenshot subsequently showed October 19-24.
PayPal told me the pending eCheck could be cancelled and replaced with a standard refund. The company's billing department says no cancellation option is available in its transaction interface. This discrepancy remains unresolved.
The company has also requested additional identifying information through Trustpilot. I supplied my original order number and registered customer details.
As of October 15, I have neither received the server nor recovered my payment.
My rating remains one star.

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for such a thorough write-up.
First, the part we got wrong: one of our front-line reps gave you inconsistent information about the datacenter location before you ordered. That shouldn’t have happened, and we’ve addressed it with the team. We’ve also seen unprecedented demand lately, and global supply issues have meant delays and rising hardware costs across the industry. Our entry-level configurations aren’t always immediately available at every location. Normally we work that out with the client before deployment.
For anyone reading, here’s some context on the rest.
Placing a payment doesn’t skip our review process, in fact it's part of it. When an order gets past automated fraud screening but still raises flags, it may get a short manual review before deployment. That’s common practice in our industry. It isn’t an accusation. It’s how we keep our network and IP space clean for the customers already on it. When our standard questions felt like too much, we narrowed them to one: what will the server be used for? That single question was the entire “interrogation.”
You chose to cancel instead, which is entirely your right. We refunded the full $45 within two hours of your request. PayPal processed that refund as an eCheck. That was PayPal’s decision, not ours, and once it was issued we had no option to cancel it or speed it up, as we showed to you. PayPal estimates it will clear by October 24.
Part of keeping servers reliably online for 25+ years is knowing what goes onto our network, and we’d rather ask one question too many than one too few.
Best of luck finding a host that’s the right fit.

Lets put it this way
Lets put it this way! They did a job that most companies couldn't handle by not having the knowledge or would most likely just bail out. They stayed with us until the job was done. I could write a book about there service and support but a binder wouldn't hold the pages. If you are looking for a company where you don't have to worry, IWebFusion is the place to go.
I am a very busy person and have been really meaning to write something to there full staff and the owner for
the help and patient they gave us. Their support team is as good as it gets. I really do want to finish this off with one word, THANKS! I really do appreciate the job you did for us!
