I had a json error that prevented me from making changes to my Wordpress website. I first contacted support through online chat that was escalated and worked on by at least 4 different people. The problem ended up being the firewall, ModSecurity, flagging changes I made as problematic. Turning it off while I was working allowed me to finish building my website. The team was fast to respond and friendly. Their level of care and expertise got me back on my feet within a day. I appreciate them all!

I am a small business owner that would deem myself technologically illiterate; however, I wanted to build my own website and own the content instead of sending my money to a website builder for various reasons. The services at iWebFusion not only meet my needs as a small business, but every time I have had a question or ran into an issue I couldn't solve, the team has been incredibly responsive, helpful, and friendly. The fundamentals of running a website still seem foreign to me in many ways and the team has helped solve anything I am mystified by every time. Other hosting sites may have user interfaces that are more appealing to someone like me who doesn't understand the intricacies of coding or website set up; some of that could be easier for me to navigate if I were to go those routes. However, the pricing and customer service of iWebFusion has served me well for many years. Highly recommend.
