IWD AgencyReviews of iwdagency.com

Working with IWD was a pleasant experience. The people on their team are knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. Throughout our BinMaster Adobe Magento project, they consistently helped us navigate the complexities of the Magento ecosystem while coordinating effectively with our other technology partners. Their regular online meetings kept projects moving, addressed challenges that frequently arose, and provided practical recommendations that fit both our technical requirements and business goals. Beyond development, they were a valuable resource for web-related services, integrations, and best practices. We recommend IWD to any organization looking for an experienced, collaborative partner for Adobe Magento and eCommerce projects.

My company grew up with IWD Agency. Quick responses to requests and very competent service. They are great experts. You will be very happy working with this super capable and responsive team.

IWD has been a solid partner for over seven years. They take the time to understand our business and develop custom solutions to meet our unique requirements. They know e-commerce inside and out, and bring a variety of expertise to the table to help us achieve our goals and stay a leader in our industry.

A good friend of mine recommended them and he was right. They have helped us grow our eCommerce site to the next level. I was not sure this kind of growth was possible but IWD showed us the way. Thank you guys, looking forward to many successful years

Our old Magento 1 website was very behind with being up to date in accordance with PCI compliance standards and we had to act fast with a new Magento 2 website, which required a platform change. IWD Agency stepped up to the plate and had our new site live in 2 weeks as promised. We also use their order manager and are implementing their new Dominate check-out extension to work with Apple Pay. It was great working with everyone. Thanks to Kevin, Olga, Mark, Bobbie, Jorge, Bohdan, and the rest of the team.

IWD are a fantastic company to work with. The software is reliable and well documented. However, the customer service has been first class. The checkout from IWD has elevated our website to another level. Thank you IWD. I should also make a special mention to Jorge who is very patient and clever.

Great to work with, easy to get answers quickly.

IWD makes it feel like they're part of our team. They are easy to contact, and quick to respond. They go above and beyond to develop custom solutions to solve our unique needs. They've done such a great job at managing and developing our web solutions that we've added them to help with our marketing and SEO projects. They can really do it all, and they truly care about our company's success.
