Ordered from Spencer before...
Ordered from Spencer before, and the product was amazing, he provided a high quality logo in all the necessary formats to customize it and utilize it anywhere. However, my most recent purchase, a website, was a major disappointment. While the design aspect was great, the customization of the website does not exist, it uses an extremely outdated and inoperable admin panel, and lacks SEO, favicon management, and everything you'd expect even a basic website to have. The website has no proper error page (it is a red box with times new roman font), cannot send emails, and I am getting glitch after glitch while using it. Communication served to be an issue as well, as in the beginning I had emails go unanswered and his projected time frame was extremely inaccurate, with a projected 3 week project taking roughly a month and a half for the final products release. He only gets the extra star because, as a graphic designer, he did a decent job with his work and with his work in the past. I highly recommend his graphics, however, avoid his websites like the plague.
