I ordered the product on October 23 they charged my card and still waiting. They even sent a link yesterday to rate them on trustpilot (that's a new one). Customer service is non existent and even if I somehow receive the product I won't be using them again.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!! I ordered and paid for some items at the beginning of the month. My items were never shipped. After nearly a month, I send several emails. All polite and friendly, asking for a status update. I never received a response. They just STOLE MY MONEY. they are thieves! Do not give them money expecting them to give you what you ordered, they won't.

I placed an order on 9/21, a Sunday. However, it has been three weeks since Monday 9/22 and we have not received the order nor a response from any of the inquiries I have made. I sent a request through the website, I sent two emails from Outlook and I left a voice message. My credit card was charged on 9/21 in full. Very disappointing. The latest email was sent on 10/8.

So far, it has been over a month and a half since my wife submitted the order and no product. And this company has charged my card BEFORE shipping product which is bad business!! Oh, and they made a 3rd charge for god knows what! No support phone number is a sure sign of a company that is not on good footing, and the email support is not helpful. I would not be using this company again, and don't recommend you do in the future.

The changes started small with less gas and discomfort after meals. Soon after I had more consistent energy and better focus at work. I appreciate that it's easy to stick with and doesn't rely on drastic diet changes.
