The person who owns iUnlocker is very bad, they blocked my PayPal account from their service and I attempted to reason with them but failed, they're being spiteful over a TrustPilot negative review that I left a year ago and they lied about the reason on why they blocked me stating this:
"Your paypal was blocked due to a paypal dispute. You can write to us and ask for a refund if you can't wait longer, but you didn't do that. Unfortunately you can't use our service anymore."
They stopped responding now and I don't really remember opening a PayPal dispute but it's the customer's right to do so if they didn't get the service back, I also remember submitting 3 phones and waiting 1 month for each of them and tried to contact them regarding it and all they responded with:
"Order is still in process"
This seller seems like it's based in Russia and everyone knows what's happening in Ukraine now, not to mention that they offer crypto as a payment method, DO NOT EVER USE THAT! Because It's not safe and doesn't offer any buyer protection like PayPal.

Also it was a $4 order it wasn't a huge loss, I would never pay you $140 via crypto. Fake iCloud account results
I have two identical macs, which one of them did't have icloud account ON, and I have paid to get both of them checked. Both came back as "Find my Mac: ON" Learn from my lesson and don't get scammed.

We talk with you via email and we replied on all your messages. We do not ignore any messages, we make a reply when we can, sometime it can take 5 minutes, some time couple of hours.
First of all, your order was rejected becasue you put BLACKLISTED device to a service that do not support device like that. So we reject it not because we can't unlock it, we reject it beecause this service does not support BLACKLISTED device, and we have notification on service agraments about that. Then for what you put this imei to this service if this service do not support it? And Yes, we take $2 from a refund for not supported device. And please, tell me, where logic, if on rejection message we write that we take $2 of fee from the refund, but we do not make a refund at all?
After we find out that your device blacklisted, we make a refund of your payments via the same method that you pay, in your case in was Binance. And we send you a screenshot of refund with transaction details. but you still say that we do not make it, how it can be? We try to teach you how to find a refund on your binance account, but you do not want do it, why? We send you a link on official Binance website, but you tell that this link is not work for you? From our side we do maximum that we can, we provide transciton id, we also make a screnshoot (we don't have to do it), we send you a link on binance to check your refund (we also don't have to do it), you write us insulting letters, but we still respond to them with respect! We tried to help you in every way we can, but you still say that we are scammers and we did nothing?
If we were scammers, then we would not respond to your letters and you would have been blocked in our system for a long time.
And how do you think, if we was scammers, how many back reviews was there? 1? or 1000?
