The only issue that I have is a consultant named Heather Carter. She has not responded to 3 emails I have sent in the last 10 days. She was going to call me and help me in the promoting my just published book, with the do's and the don'ts. She initially contacted me on March 30th and I have tried to contact her with no success. I am disappointed and very eager to start promoting my book. I do not want to do anything to create a problem for anyone and I do not wish to do or say something that is improper, but if I don't know what that is, I am in a stalled position. Sincerely, Keith Ward, Having Nothing to Lose ID833312 Pen name Ryan Teller

The package deal I got was fantastic. Two kids books for the price of one. The finished prints are very nicely done. My only issue is that I feel their pricing is too high.

Everything went well. Thank you

The book looks good but the marketing and shipping costs are out of sight!

The weakest link in an otherwise excellent service is the editorial department. That department seems to be; -only keen on selling an edit plus service to everybody, even when I submitted an already edited manuscript, received the same proposal. -when I took the edit plus service, it took four months instead of the promised 6 to 8 weeks and I had to send several reminders. There seem to be no control over deadlines for delivery, and I hope that it is not a case of over burdening a few selected or favored editors with contracts. -The evaluators are not the caliber I expected. Other services provided like thos of editorial consultants, production of cover design and printing and dispatching as well as marketing services were excellent.

This was my first book and didn't know what to expect. The staff walked me through and made the process very easy.

I was lied to a lot about what was happening and the processes. I was left disappointed and incredibly upset. I did not get what I want nor what I specifically asked for.

I had a great experience with Iuniverse I highly recommend them to anyone.
