Terrible support experience. It works tho
Unreliable experience, rewards pages getting locked up without warning and without compensations, the mods are the most entitled people I've ever talked to in my life, and they didn't even REMOTELY try to understand the issues, they just kept making snug remarks and COMPLAINING AN USER WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALITY. The earning/redeeming balance is decent, I did redeem a key myself. The hud is average. The associates get angry at any remotely negative feedback, so I guess their motto is 'suck it up'. Worth for the keys, not so much for the UX.
