I have only had one date experience so far, but IJL set me up with someone I enjoy spending time with and have seen since. The four stars out of five was given because I did not receive a profile or photos of this date ahead of time, only a name as well as a restaurant choice that was well out of the way for both of us. More attention could have been paid to our geographical areas.

Amber is one of the best matchmakers. For the past 3 years, I had been bounced back and forth among half of dozen of matchmakers. She is the one who is responsible and communicative. I thank her service. But I do have to say the overall service quality and the quality of male clients deteriorated drastically since the high management team changed from Toronto to the states. Many dates I met told me they did not have to pay a membership fee to be in the program. We female clients were introduced to the male as a free date. Please take your company’s commitment to us seriously. Genuinely look for qualified match for us female clients. We are a group of vulnerable people hoping to get a life partner through this elite matchmaking service. Pls do take our feedback seriously.
